This small virtual class, you will be mastering the besic skill of Japanese cooking from miso soup, seaweed Salad, Tofu dishes , and rice cake with a bowl of matcha
Week 1 : Miso Soup from scratch
Week 2 : Main tofu dishes
Week 3 : Side seaweed and vegetables salad and miso dressing
Week 4 : Mindfulness Wagashi (Sweet mochi) and a bowl of matcha

This session will cover reviewing meal and cooking plan, mindful eating, lab result, and anything we need to add and adjust.

This small session, we can modify and adjust plan, or just maintain your path as needed base.
